This usually happens when people get up too fast. It also happens to me
sometimes its just the blood pressure problem..!

Low blood pressure? Also check your iron levels. To do this you look inside the bottom eyelid. It should be a nice healthy pink, not a pale or yellowy colour. If you need iron, there is a really good herbal remedy and take it with vitamin C to lock it into the system.

Get your blood pressure checked and a general health check. That is not normal. Don't let anyone tell you that it is.
