how durable is the macbook pro 2015 compared to the macbook pro 2010 when dropped?
I'm currently using a macbook pro 2010 and my god is this thing durable I'v had to replace the hard drive twice but other then that I'v never had to bring it in despite dropping it from my bed a bunch.
My question is that after trying out the new mac 13inch 2015 I noticed its thinner and lighter then the old one, does this mean it is much less durable. (also I do have a plastic case on my 2010)

It's less durable since it's thinner and the glass display would probably give easier! If you're a butter fingers, I recommend putting a nice little plastic casing (it's still better than nothing!) around it or storing it in a soft laptop bag when not in use.
