I know that to leave china you need a visa but do I a U.S. citizen need one in order to enter china? If so how hard is it to obtain one I d like to book my flight for may 18 the sooner I can book the flight the better.

3. I want to leave next week for about 5 days, 4 nights.

Hi so I started a new job I thought I was going to be paid hourly but It looks like i'm actually being paid hourly by the amount of time I spend on a ticket... I feel a bit screwed over, I'v never encountered this pay system before but I'm wondering if this is a normal business practice In the IT world.

note I'm not sure yet if I open another ticket when I close my last one so for all I know, I could actually work the full 40 hours, still it would suck to be in a position were I was working 40 hr and being paid for 20.

Hi so I'm about to start a 3 month contract job at an IT place. because of the setup I'm actually paid through the recruiter not the company.

When I went in to sign the forms I noticed that my pay per hour was not included, I did ask them but they said it was a verbal agreement.

While I don't think I am at risk of being screwed over, I would like to know if there are any liabilities to not having my pay included in the contract.

I'm currently using a macbook pro 2010 and my god is this thing durable I'v had to replace the hard drive twice but other then that I'v never had to bring it in despite dropping it from my bed a bunch.

My question is that after trying out the new mac 13inch 2015 I noticed its thinner and lighter then the old one, does this mean it is much less durable. (also I do have a plastic case on my 2010)

Im running a high performance computer with a later version of I5 from two to three years ago. Can I just pop it out and put in a I7 (also I will need to take off the fan thats on top of the CPU but I don't think that will be a problem.)

I'v been using my account for a week now all of a sudden yahoo is demanding a verification check and is using a number that I randomly put in WTF is going on.

Do you think it will be a + or - if I let them know that I was made a job offer already.

I'm going to ask for another time but should I also mention that I have another interview going on.

Hi so I was in a small car accident earlier this year they did some minor repairs for around 6G.

3-6 months later smoke starts coming out of my car apparently they replaced my intake valve and some other stuff incorrectly causing my engine to drop onto the excel. The repairs will cost me another $2100.

Is it possible to claim insurance or sue the mechanics over damages. I don't think I can claim insurance since they inspected the car and gave me the money to use however I wanted.
