I'm going to high school in the next month and a half. What's the fastest way to cut fat in that time?
I don't have access to a gym. I need sort of a workout plan. I've been thinking of getting a jump rope and doing 10+ minutes of that everyday. What are some workouts that I can do at home or require no equipment?

Hi! I would come up with an exercise routine like ten burpees, hold a plank stand for ten seconds, ten squats, ten sit ups, ten push-ups, run/jog for one minute, ten jumping jacks, etc. it's important to not over do exercising because you could hurt yourself. You can always add on or change things in your exercise routine. And you can increase how much you do an exercise once you are comfortable with it. My main concern is the reason for you to want to do this. If you are doing this for yourself then great, I'm super happy for you. If you feel pressured into losing fat by other people then don't worry about them. As long as you're healthy then you're good. You should do what you want to do to make yourself happy and feel good. Good luck with high school and have fun!

Jump rope is fine, but you should start off with running, go to the high school and do bleachers. But exercising is not the only thing that you should worry about, you have to watch what you eat. Eliminate fast food and frozen foods, eat real foods. You should exercise for at least an hour each day.

Try going on jogs around your block. Another thing that might help is one of those diets/detoxes where for x number of days, you only drink green juice
