    Your calves are only the backs of your lower legs, there is no front of your calf.... You do calf raises.

    Do leg workouts while having ankle weights on but the main weight to have good size calf muscles is to put a lot of weight pressure on them and that can only be done in the gym and it depends on your genetics also

    Calf raises. Stand on a step or block of wood with the balls of your feet for greater range of motion

    Calf raises. Raise up on your toes, and then lower. Do it with or without weights. Feet side-by-side (parallel), with heels together and toes facing out, and with toes together and heels facing out.

    You can also look up calf exercises online for other exercises to focus on that area.

    heel raises. Stand on the ball of your foot and go up and down (kinda like tiptoeing) do it 20 times and hold a bar bell with weights to increase difficulty.

    Squats , calf raises, running, jumping. Running or walking up and down stairs.
