If you owned a restaurant , what type of food would you serve?

I would make a weigh the food buffet of health foods and a juice bar and that way I would be back there having healthy foods and drinking the left overs.

It would be fun to try and have actual food instead of the typical restaurant junk food - but perhaps nobody cares what they eat.
