When did people become so mean and judgmental?

It's like a lot of people are like that everywhere even on here....now I'm not saying everyone is like that but I just don't get why people have to be so rude and so judgmental....

    Anger at something that probably happened decades ago. That's usually the case. Or it could be just the frustration of their life.
