Please answer; urgent! My phone won't turn back on. Can somebody help?
I have a Windows HTC 8x and I've had it for just over two years, and for the last little while its been acting up.
So, last night (June 15) my phone turned itself off, and its battery wasn't all that low. So I tried to plug it in and all it did was partially turn on, then turn back off, then buzz and turn back on again, and it continued to do that until I unplugged it. After unplugging it, it was shut off completely and wash (and still isn't) accessible.
There is no way to access the battery so it won't be easy to just get a new battery for it. Plus as you guys may know, I am writing a book, and all of that is on my phone. Will everything be recoverable? Do I need to get a new phone? Please help me. What can I do?
Story was recovered! Yay, but I still need to know how to recover everything else.
Sorry, I should've been more clear. The stuff that's been written on my phone was just a gigantic brainstorm that'll blossom and become a story later on!

It would take you decades to finish a good book if you're only writing it on a phone.

Take it to where you bought it and have them figure it out. Gee, "us guys" didn't know you are writing a book. Also snowflake, who in their right frame of mind WRITES A BOOK on A GOD DAMMNED PHONE!?!?!? Ever hear of a computer with a WORD PROCESSOR!?!?!?
