Genetics determines what happens, when. Some boys can ejaculate before pubes grow; some have a forest of them before they can c*m; some find their penis gets larger, but barely any pubes; some have a bush of pit hair, and others have a few wisps. That's just how the dice rolls.

Don't stress bro. I was in the same situation as you are. When I was 15 it seemed as though every change of puberty had happened except my little man. Rest assured everyone's development is different and odds are you will end up having an average sided penis. If you are still concerned, ask one of your parents to make a doctors appointment for you that you can go to by yourself. If they want to know why, simply say that you have development questions and would feel more comfortable talking to a professional to make sure the information you are getting is correct. That's what I did and it made me feel a lot better.

Its not a problem ur penis would definately grow bigger than what it was when u were a kid.so dont worry,as long as u are still going through puberty u would experience some more growth in ur penis.ur brothers own is may be bigger becos every guy has got his own different penis growth pattern.some grow very fast,some grow slowly,some moderately and the eventual penis size a guy would have may either be large,average or small. And it doesnt mean either of these guys are abnormal
