Can I aloud to adopt a korean or russian if I live with my parents still?

I am a young adult from the uk and I got autism as well would be ok if they let me adopt still especially if

international like south korea or russia?

    I'm sorry, but you don't seem ready to raise a human being. Anyway, you need to show that you can 100% care for yourself before caring for somebody else. Your parents may be able to adopt, but it usually takes years anyway

    citizens of countries, where same-sex marriages allowed, cannot adopt from Russia. As citizen of UK, you will not be able to adopt Russian citizens even if you are billionaire and fully independent person.

    You need to show that you can provide 100% for your own needs before taking on the care of anyone else.

    you probably would not be able to adopt. You would have to show that you ar able to support a child by yourself.
