Calories burned in the pool?
So me and my friends just got in the pool and relaxed swimming then and there. The pool is 4 feet deep. And we were in it for 3 hours. How many calories did I burn?
Btw I'm 126 lbs and 5'7

recreational activity you really don't burn much. And shouldn't be considered an activity to burn calories. Since the activity is inconsistent an recreational. It would be hard to indicate it was not a sustained activity. So minimal at best.
