This depends on a lot: travel, requirements of country to stay in country until adoption final or for defined period of time, agency you use, lawyer fees, etc.
US adoption estimate if private agency: $15k+
US adoption via state (child in state custody and eligible for adoption after parents rights terminated): $1500-$2500 but typically states pay portion and it is often free out of pocket.

Unless you live in the UK you can't adopt from here. There are exceptions but still very unlikely.

Depends on the airfare, among other things. EZ: just Google airfare and put in everywhere in the U.S. and everywhere in other countries.
