I do not think anyone has ever died of a marijuana overdose. My first time, my friend wasn't sure why I wasn't getting high off of this 1/4 of an edible so he made me eat the rest and I was high for like 36 hours straight, thats the worst high I've ever heard of. You can try weed whenever you feel like you want to, theres no real age limit or anything. I don't know about healthy, but it can be beneficial to a lot people. And you don't just eat weed, you can infuse butter with cannabinoids and then you can make food with the weed infused butter and thats how you get high from "eating weed." But eating edibles is healthier because you don't get any harmful stuff from the smoke or anything. You smoke however much gets you as high as you want to be, a new smoker might not need more than 1 hit out of a bowl, but a long time smoker might need a few bowls and he won't even get as high as the new smoker so it all depends. You eat about a dosage or two of the edibles. Idk if it is legal in the UK, but you can get it from a lot of people without getting caught. And smoking or eating weed can really make you high, I promise. And yes, it can treat some of the symptoms of autism.
