Contact your state's department of professional regulation and find out what you need to qualify for the CPA./ Then take whatever courses you are still missing, take the CPA test and pass it. Then interview with CPA firms that recruit at your school.
You can, of course, seek accounting positions without the CPA but your chance of getting a job and developing the career are much smaller.
