Atheists: What did you think about the show What Would You Do? and how they portrayed atheists as intolerant toward Christians?

I find how they portrayed atheists to be inaccurate. I'm an atheist and I would never do this. I've also never seen anything like this happen in real life. As jonathan said, WWYD seems to be running out of ideas.

That's Christians for you. Way too many of them love to lie about atheists and portray us in a bad light.

I have never seen this happen. I've seen people pray before a meal at a restaurant, and never did someone ask them to stop. I would never ask someone to stop like that. I was a Christian for 35 years, and prayed before meals in public, nothing happened. I assume it would be fine if a pagan prayed before their meal to the gods of the underworld, or something similar. Right? Anyway, I find it a silly example of atheists.

I think this program is trying to incite hatred by creating a situation that it is doubtful would ever happen! In the UK it's possible that the producers of such a program could have faced prosecution!

I would never personally as an atheist ask them to keep quiet. I think that WWYD are just running out of ideas.

I don't watch prime time television. And these shows are just around for people at home to feel morally superior to those caught on film, while they moralize on and on about how these people failed in whatever civic duty they supposedly failed at.

I really don't care. You don't see us blowing up abortion clinics or causing terrorist attacks for a imaginary God.
