Party flirting?
My mother works in an MNC. I accompanied her in their office party. There foreigners too were present. In that part few Brazilian men were flirting with my mom. They even kissed and hugged her tightly. That too kissing her cheeks, neck.
My mom was extremely uncomfortable and awkward but could not do anything to her foreign boss.
DO YOU THINK ITS OK FOR MEN TO BEHAVE WITH MARRIED LADY AND THAT TOO IN FRONT OF HER SON IN THE NAME OF PARTY?

The thing is I think this is more likely to be down to cultural differences than actual flirting. In many countries that is an acceptable way of greeting someone, and our customs do not cross their minds. Many European countries give a kiss on each cheek with greeting and saying goodbye. We don't do that England, and I don't like being touched by practical strangers but accept this is a cultural difference and is not done with any rude or inappropriate intent. if this is more extreme than I thought, then it is up to your mum to discuss this and make it clear that she is unhappy. Try to forget about it.
