Dang IE 11.0 out of the blue keeps hiding top bars? Help? (address/favs/menu)?

    I went back to IE 10 in my Windows 7 Pro, because of some problems with IE 11, but I thought they had them all straightened out now. Try clicking on tool bars at the top left under the View option and lock whichever toolbars you have checked to display.

    Ron, I cannot get the menu up on my screen so I cannot get to view.
