I have a job offer and I need your opinion please?
Hi, I am a graphic designer, and I got a call today from an employer, its a chain of cafes in Saudi Arabia, my job will be a graphic designer there, they will pay for accommodation, visa and tickets etc... all bills. but I have 2 questions:
1- How much salary should I tell him ? I have no idea about their salaries range,
I told him I want at least 8000 Saudi Riyal which is about 2100 $ to be convinced to take this job, but my friends told me no you should have waited till he tells you.
2-Is it necessary that I should be working at a graphic design agency or is it ok to be working at another type companies as long as my job there will be as a graphic designer ?
I am really confused and I need any advice what should I do ?

Did you actually apply for this job?
This could be a scam job offer. Not many employers would pay for all the bills for an employee.
I would check them out first.

If you did NOT apply for this contract and u have not been an independent contractor/ business person then u are getting scammed.
if you have been employee, put a satellite tracking device in your body should u go there.
easier to find u later
if you USA citizen, 2100$ is ridiculous fee for actual work

You need a lot more info before accepting a job / and or going over there. You need to know how you will be taxed, misc expenses. etc etc.
