Mom is moving out? I'll be alone!?

Iam 19! My mom and I have always had a rocky relationship, she and I both are depressed, her chronic, mine manic, both have GAD I don't get how you could do that to your kid, im not a bad one, for ***** sake I guess what you would say your perfect teen idle, we had it all but life was just like "Nopp to you guys" I try and be as optimistic as possible and open minded and understanding, I distance my self from my family because the last thing I want is to put my mind in an intolerable state, they're toxic and I know what iam worth and I know my self but she's moving out now, and I have no where to go, no job, though iam searching! Any advice?! How what does she expect me to do?! No relatives to move in with, dads passed! And no friends in this city!
