Can someone calm me down?
I've been scared because I went to the hospital since I had abdominal which was appendicitis. When I got there and did bloodwork, the nurse was black and he had a red line on his face and it look like blood. It was on the left side on his face if you were to look at him. I payed down and didn't see him taking blood since I was looking the opposite side. Now I keep thinking that because he didn't use gloves during the part where he taped for iv, means he didn't give a **** if my blood was on him because he might have hiv. I keep thinking that he stuck the needle inside first to him then to me. He asked my mom to leave because I was going to change clothes and she didn't come back. I know I have paranoia but can someone just tell me that I'm just overreacting or something and please say the truth not just lie so I can feel better

Okay, calm down. Alot of doctors don't use gloves which is stupid to me but some are just like that. He's been working there for awhile so I'm sure if he was that careless someone would have reported him. I'm not sure about the red line on his face but I promise you, you are okay. Your worrying is normal but it isn't healthy. The link I left should ease your mind.

You are seriouslyn worried about absolutely nothing. You do not have to wear gloves when doing something that does not come in contact with fluids such as simply applying tape. And I doubt he had blood on his face. Health care workers are more afraid Of getting HIV from you then they are likely to give it to you. You are being overly silly.

Take a deep breath & count to 50. You're WAY overreacting.
First of all, why did you think he "might" have HIV? Because he was black? Something else about his appearance?
The vast majority of people do not have HIV. Of those that do, the vast majority don't "look" like they have HIV.

I told you a month ago that you seriously need some help with your mental health ( /question/index?qid=20150... ). I meant it then and I mean it now. Your life is seriously suffering and it does not need to be that way. Please get help. Show your parents all the questions you have asked here. I'm sure if they saw them they'd know you were seriously ill.
