SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER.?
I got a bag of hot cheetos puffcorn and they taste really funny it said fresh until August 25th and the back of the back says 2003....so wtf? They are not stale at all so what could be wrong with this bag?!

Maybe it means Aug 25, 1974. Those would not be as fresh as Aug 25, 2003. I personally would not be at all surprised if the 1974 ones would taste funny. But I really wouldn't know, because I really wouldn't taste them. I wouldn't even taste the 2003 ones. My only concern about them would be whether they would fit in the trash.

I think you're fine. If they taste weird to you don't eat them, but there is nothing in cheetos that would hurt you even if they were bad or stale. I wouldn't really know what was wrong with the bag, but like I said, if they taste bad just get another bag.
