Which is matter for my health, exercise, or being with my friends?

Update:

I wish I could go to the gym everyday, but sometimes I can't because I spend the day with friends. I'm really not sure if I should just skip spending time with them to work out or not.

    Both are great! I know the feeling, it's hard to choose between both, but good news you can do both! Go to the gym with your friends. If you guys have very different fitness levels, than go to a class like Zumba. It's fun for everyone and great exercise. If your friends are kind of lazy than trick them. For example, ask them to go to the beach or to go shopping. You'd be surprised at how much exercise you actually get from walking around or swimming all day! Good!

    Both are equally important for physical and mental health. Budget time between both of them, which can mean finding exercise your friends are interested in doing with you.
