what is the best tampon for a beginner and a competitive dancer?
So i'm 13 and have had my period since i was 12and a half, i'm also a competitive dancer, and love to swim, my mom showed me how to put tampons in and all but we are going to go out and get dome and i was wondering what are the best tampons for beginners my age who dance all day long??

Personally, as an active person- I like Tampax Compaks- they have a good plastic (easy to insert) applicator and a protective skirt. I've never had any bother with them.
You just need to try a few out and see what you feel most comfortable with.

I always use tampax too -- can always trust that brand. I use the regular flow one for during the day and the super during the night for extra protection.
I used tampax when I used to horse ride too without any problems.

Tampax pearl is the best for me (I'm 14 )
I but the Tampax pearl compact but the Tampax pearl active will probably be the best for you.
