I'm not sure what you're asking
But if you're asking what I think, there should be no difference when comparing 2D video on a 3D TV and 2D TV
If anything, a high fps video will actually be BETTER on a 3D TV

No - just the opposite.
A 3D television (except for the cheap models) are usually built with a 240 hz refresh. This is so when watching 3D content and the screen alternates images for each eye - each eye sees a 120 hz refresh image to reduce motion blur.
The 240 hz refresh is a constant. It cannot be changed so watching normal action movies/sports/video games you get the better refresh rate.
