Guys: what reasons do you have to avoid a girl you're texting?

I met this guy and we've been talking for about a week. He wanted me to go to his workplace and everything and everything seemed fine until the day I moved here for college. He hasn't replied to me for over 4 days now, and I know he's busy, but it won't kill him to say everything is fine and that he's busy. He ignores all my messages, I've only sent 2 and I said to him that if he were uninterested, let me know so I can leave him alone. Didn't reply to that, but instead, he liked my Instagram photos... I thought maybe he had been super busy, but then he's been on Instagram recently liking other photos. I asked did ask him if everything was okay. No reply. The last text he sent me was a kissy face emoji and he still called me his girl. Am I just in his back pocket and should I move on, or wait a bit longer for his reply?
