Mp4 to a DVD on Windows 8?

I have a YouTube MP4 as

Video RM

Video TS

"You have files waiting to be burned to disk" does not tell me how to burn to a DVD neither does Cyberlink media suite.

help please in making a DVD

    Hey! You just need a dvd burner application to help. I do think dvdfab dvd creator is able to help you burn mp4 to your dvd on windows 8 very easily. Why not give it a try?

    First you have to put a blank DVD disk into the drive. Then open your read/write program, whatever you are using, and drag and drop or put the files that you want to burn on the disk in whatever place your program has and then tell it to burn them. Personally I like and use Power ToGo as my burner program, but there are a lot of them.
