Help with Shakespeare Monologue, for Lamda Gold Exam?

He, I shall be performing Act 4, Scene 4 Lances Monologue were he describes his naughty dog for my Lamda Gold, please can one advise as how do play it for the exam,

Do I play it from the point of view of full examination of the character in a contemporary setting and use stanilavsky for his development, or do I attempt to perform it in the style of a Shakespearian period actor performing the piece at the time of writing? many thanks in advance

It's really up to you! Actors have to make their own choices sometimes.
