Why are breakfast meals not making me feel full?

I have issues with this for meals in general, but it is normally for breakfast.

Normally I will make scrambled eggs (2 eggs) with 2 pieces of toast and a cup of coffee. Sometimes I will put avocado on the toast, and other times just butter. Not even 2 hours later I will feel so hungry. Today I ate breakfast at 6:30 and now I am starving at 8:30. Is this normal or should I be eating more for breakfast? Is two hours after breakfast a good time to eat a morning snack? If so, what should I eat to make me last until lunch?

Thanks!

It's the bread. I know others will disagree but my body has this love/hate relationship with breads & carbs. If I have 2 eggs, 2 breakfast sausage and a cheese stick with coffee I'm good until lunch. If I have that with toast I'm starving and craving a binge of anything I can get my hands on.

I can go without breakfast and wait until lunch to eat no problem.

But if I have breakfast, I'm always starving by morning tea.

I think it must have to do with our metabolism.
