Can jet lag cause oversleeping?
I came back from a 12 hr flight from Seoul, South Korea to California on Monday, and ever since then my sleep schedule has been messed up, with me sleeping in for most of the day and being awake at night. Yesterday I went to sleep at around midnight, but then I woke up for an hour at 3am because I couldn't sleep. I'm not sure when I fell back asleep, but when I woke up, it happened to be 7pm at night the next day! That's like almost 17 hours of oversleep!
