Atheists: what do you think of spirit science?

Spirit science is very undefined, very unique. It is full of nihilism, yet questions everything, being very open minded to the ideas and views of the world and how it all is inter related. It does not however, establish doctrine and call any view or idea wrong provided it is the source of happiness to the people. This behavior reminded me a lot of atheists and agnostics that I know, open minded, hate stereotypes, no labels, use many scientific and historical facts to support opinion, very welcoming, very curious, and full of unexplained wonder. So what I'm getting at is that I see many atheists (more than theists) answer and ask questions of this category of religion and spirituality here at yahoo answers. And (no stereotype) most of these usually have negative thoughts toward religion and see it as a superstition that brings no real good but instead brings forth disputes, war, ignorance, and pride. What about this specific "religion"? Do any of you atheists or agnostics believe this kind of spirituality can be beneficial to mankind? Is it possible to be logical and pious? Can you necessarily reject spirituality as an answer to existence due to no physical proof, with the fact (to assume Big Bang actually happened) that in the Big Bang there was an exception to every thermodynamic law? Could spirituality, whether from spirit science or a specific religion help us understand facts? What about sacred geometry? Could this all be more than just five senses?

    Spirit Science is an oxymoron.

Spirit bullshit can't be seen or observed, so it's not real to science.

Have you ever had any Science classes? ,,,That you passed?

Well spirit is energy and science explains energy so the more info the better as long as the basics are that goodness = evolutional fitness , only goodness of consciousness survives death , and the goodness can be increased through belief in and practice of goodness , this is what ties new belief and practice to the old.

search for goodness and string theory

As an electrical chemical activity thinking is about as spiritual as I can get. I can always hope there is an afterlife. Keeps me from freaking out about there not being anything after we die. But thinking there is nothing after we die forces me to embrace the one life I do have even that much more. Where the belief in an afterlife makes me be not so embracing about the one I do have. It is my belief that if I embrace the one I do have, if I am so lucky as to have another, I will probably embrace that one too. At least embracing life gives it value. The kind of value thinking activity appreciates. Which is about as spiritual as I can get.

Spirit Science is an Oxymoron! Look up the meaning of the word Science and you'll understand why!

As to the rest of your question, please don't copy and paste questions written by religious morons. Before you post such things you really ought to check that they have their facts right, are not trying to distort things, and actually have one scintilla of understanding about what they are talking about!
