I know what you mean, a little sister role character! Not just last order but in the season where misaka meets another clone whose similar to last order! I forgot her name though,phoebe i think? She eats popcicles..
Anyways, tokyo ghoul is a good one, (in the manga hinami fallows kaneki but in anime she doesn't )

Magi craft mesiter is a good one but its not an anime yet :/
Berserk is also a good one, that is if you watch the anime films
Grave of the fireflies is also one were s girl fallows around a guy.. i dont recommend it though, too sad and its a movie too
