Why the sudden rise in Gluten Intolerance?

I used to eat like 6 slices of bread a day, my whole diet contained mostly food with gluten in it.

But now suddenly I cannot eat it, and I break out in rashes everywhere!

What's going on here? People have been eating Gluten for thousands of years, why the sudden spike in Gluten intolerance? while the major food corporations are laughing behind our backs making billions, is there a hidden agenda here?

Maybe the problem is not gluten, it's how MUCH gluten we eat. Also, lack of proper exercise, and hard physical work. There could be psychological issues also associated with carbohydrate consumption in general.

Because there's a lot of people who can't have that stuff. People with Celiac disease or some allergies, can't tolerate it in foods, and it's in A LOT of foods, so they needed to make some those people can eat.

For the same reasons too, that we now have ice creams and types of "Milk" without actual dairy milk(usually replaced with soy or coconut milk), for people who are lactose intolerant or for allergies.

Ah, just another food trend that's incredibly lucrative for the big industries. It will pass... and resurface again. Just you watch.

Allergies come and go. There is no rhyme of reason for it.
