I scolded my daughter during potty training and I feel so guilty?

We're on day 3 of potty training and My daughter had 3 accidents. On the the third accident I just got so frustrated and I scolded her! I know all the books say not to but I was just so tired of cleaning up messes all day. Has any other CARING parent done this????? I feel like such a jerk.

    No don't feel bad.

    1. She'll forget about by tomorrow

    2. No one is perfect

    3. Just try to take a breather when you get angry next time :)

    No, not bad.

I'm old fashioned but do believe that in the (mostly good) move away from excessive authoritarianism we (as a society) have now gone too far the other way. There's not enough discipline....

Anyway... As long as you didn't beat your child ("scold" isn't well defined), I think you've done okay so far.
