Are prophets in the Judeo-Christian tradition allowed to teach killing for God and to kill people?

It seems like a very un-prophetic thing to do, but what are the rules exactly?

Jesus came with NO...LITERAL sword...that was spiritual...bcuz to follow Jesus in Jewish lands ...meant ostracism, and you had to be separated from unbelieving family.

See what happens when Imams convert to Christianity?

    ONE...PERSON?...they are...HUNTED.

Christians are to LOVE..ENEMIES but testify against or avoid

old blood family...at least Jewish Christians.

Prophets hear God's voice, can help others.

This is training for eternity. Jesus taught the greatest SERVES.

Don't see that, do we? But that's Christian.

Islam kills, often mostly Christians...but lots of Arabs...

anything that walks I guess. Killing is the extreme form of lust.

Un-prophetic? Really? After mister "i came with a sword" and "Love god more than your family - or else!" and his sandy counterpart who literally was no better than a warlord?

'Prophets' in the modern-ish era of history always have violent tendencies. They may have been different in the ancient world, but in our societies, they're Always making threats and promises they never keep. In the abrahamic religions especially, killing people is an underlying theme. Not surprising when the god they worship has the highest kill count of...well, anybody. Ever. If you believe the book.

They both oppose and support entering wars. As far as killing they tended to end up on the dead side of that.

The rule seems to be God tells you what to say then you say it.

There is no such thing as "Judeo-Christian tradition." the faiths are polar opposites.
