is it normal to get freaked out by horror movies even just watching the trailers?

Like i dont watch horror movies because i get scared by them but i have to even cover my eyes when a trailer is played on a commercial on youtube or the TV even when its deemed safe for kids to be played. is this weird im a 21 year old male.

    They don't even show the good scary parts in trailers only a few thrill scenes so i dont know why that would scare you.

    It is for ME, Zach'! I gave that stuff up after The Exorcist. I will not go NEAR a horror movie.
