Do you believe that Russian (Puten) will have "The Weapon Of Indignation" which is the Electric Magnetic Pulse bomb used to destroy U.S.?

The Russians have had such weapons since 1949 - an "electro magnetic pulse bomb" is simply a nuclear bomb. To have full effect, you detonate it in the upper atmosphere above your target.

But, guess what - American military and government systems that would be critical in the event of war are shielded against EMP, and an EMP attack is indistinguishable from a nuclear attack that would result in nuclear retaliation.

So, in other words, if Putin were to order such an attack, he'd just order a full-scale nuclear strike that would cause the United States to retaliate, destroying Russia in the process.

I fail to see how this benefits Putin or Russia.

No, if Putin dropped the bomb, it would be full out nuclear war.

If the Norks or Iran did it, they'd be showing the results live about how Americans can't cope with how they live daily...and the riots and cars stalled all over...
