Best bird breed?
So I currently have a cocktail and have owned a conure in the past. I am looking into getting a new bird but I am still a little unsure about a specific breed to get. I am leaning towards getting a blue crowned conure or an Indian or African ringneck. I am open to any bird of a proximitly the same size. As far as temperament I need a bird that's fine with petting and cuddles and won't freak out over being touched and I need a bird that is less prone to biting. I already have a cage and that's why I said the size of the bird I need. My cage is 30in×18in×36in. I am currently housing my cocktail in it until I get the new bird. (Cocktails cage is sitting on top)
Also looking for a bird with a great talking ability but isn't a screamer

Hello :)
For a talker, I would get a conure. I had a sun conure in the past, great talkers! They are such nice and friendly birds! Another bird that talks is the Green cheek conure. They do scream, just like every conure, but some dont, like mines didnt. They are basically like a sun, but less expensive. My sun conure was given to me for free, but they are usually around $600,while greens are$300.
The late type of bird I would recommend is a budgie, or the parakeet. They are excellent talkers, and they are fulm with energy! They can also get along with cockatiels! They talk and they dont chirp or scream like parrots do. Most people think budgies can go on a only seed diet, but wrong, give ut fruits and veges for a life over 15! They can live to be around 20 in some cases!
If you go on craiglist.com, you can find cheaper conures and all these kinds of birds, and some times for free too!
Thank you, have fun choosing a new bird :)
