A vasectomy is often free. Even the cash price is less than the average American pays for one monthly child support installment.
I only paid $250 for my vasectomy. I have no children.
Only a person who has not had a vasectomy will tell you it hurts. I can assure you it does not.

A family member of mine got sterilized for free due to something the government did. They paid for something done to him which i believe was the doctors cutting something in his testicles to prevent sperm
