If you found a doctor who made house calls would to use that service assuming that it cost no more than an office call?

I would surmise that you'd probably feel more comfortable at home but the doctor wouldn't perhaps have all the necessary instruments or medicinal items in his kit bag so the office would probably be preferable.
It would also probably depend on the age of the patient. A child would probably feel more comfortable at home while an adult would probably prefer to see the doctor in the office.
