what is wrong with me?

Recently I have been staying up until 3am/4am but not because I want to do an all-nighter but because I'm always wide awake. I force myself to sleep around 3/4am because that's when I realise the time. I haven't been drinking alcohol or smoked. I need to get my sleeping pattern sorted by two weeks time (for work). Any help?!??!?

    Take melatonin at a time you want to sleep. This should make it so your body produces it around that time. Im not too sure. Not a doctor.
