You really should not go over 2 liters a day unless you consume a lot of salt. You can actually kill yourself if you get too much water vs salt. I would switch 2-3 cups of your water for tea. Use the tea bags and 2 drops of honey. Do not use the ones in the bottles. You don't get the same benefits. You also need to up your cardio to an hour a day. 15 minutes does not do much at all.
