Can I test this game somehow before I buy it?

I want to buy Minecraft pocket edition for my device. I have the money in cash, and I'll have to buy a google play card to use it. The thing is, the app says it's compatible with my phone, but the last time I bought a game for my phone that said it was compatible, I tried as hard as I could to make it work, but it just kept opening a black screen for a full minute and force closing. and when I gave up on it, it was already too late to get my money back from google play. I've run the mcpe demo on my device before, and it ran quite well, but I'm not sure if that would indicate that the newer version would work. Is there a way I could test it before I go get a card to buy it, or would buying it be the only way?

yeah internet, walmart, best buy,etc. I have a windows Vista 32 bit operating system and i had to fix a lot of stuff in the vista since it only had 890mb ram and a terrible graphic card, Vista is a ram hunrgry machine so therefore i hope you have the stuff, to play the games because even the games have extreme graphics that need alot of ram, you should have at least 1gb ram 2gb recommended, but i've only got 890 ram so its a bit slow for the games like Halo 2

There's about 1000 knockoff Minecraft games on the App store. They all play the same.  If you are into mining....I would go with the game Terraria. Fun Fun

All apps on the google app store you can get a refund with in an hour I think it is.  The thing is using a a google play card will make that more complicated.
