What do you think of what this student said?

Hello all. This student went to the Bathroom and there was some issue with the pluming or something. As a result, he'd gone to the Attendance Office of the School. When he had arrived there he stated to issue to an aide, who is very nice to the staff, and parents, but she isn't not nice to the students. Anyway, she says to the student "do I look like a janitor?" she also said this is a really nasty way. The student said: "What exactly does a janitor look like?". I personally think that he's right because just because someone is a staff memeber of a school doesn't mean they get to talk down to the students. We are all human. I do think there is a level of professionalism students must (all people handling things in schools for that matter) maintain because it is a place of work. What do you guys think? Thank you.
