Human multivitamins like centrum work great. It is the B vitamins as well as zinc that helps most. They also provide trace element though, so multi plus minerals will work very well, especially added during the boil/mash/sterilization. Drop one in, let it dissolve, and see where it takes you. Yeast have adapted to live in the human environment, so, even high gravity specialty yeast crawl all over human skin, feeding, well, off what makes you work well. The pesky bugs protect us and try to eat us at the same time, cooperative symbiosis. We sweat vitamins, phosphorus, nitrogen, salt, zinc, and yeast have genetically adapted to us and to those plus so many more chemicals we exude. So drop in an old expired vitamin, better than putting them in with your house plants, which is also a good idea for expired vitamins. Of course, the best use, take them yourself.

I have to point out, I am a Biologist and worked as a Microbiologist as a career.
