What is a better name for this article about the origin of life?

http://creation.com/origin-of-life

My initial thought was "God did it."

But then I realized a more accurate title would be "Why abiogenesis doesn't work."

This article is titled "origin of life" but it explains nothing about HOW life actually originated. It is just criticism of a bunch of scientific ideas vaguely associated with abiogenesis, and doesn't actually say HOW life first formed.

Also, notice how there isn't ONE critical comment at the bottom, and how comments on it are closed.

How honest is THAT?

It's possible for your opponent to be calm cool collected and tactful. They couldn't find ONE guy to do that?

A better name? How about Pseudoscience from the Creationists. You do know about creation.com?

Look at their website and "about us" : "Our Mission: To support the effective proclamation of the Gospel by providing credible answers that affirm the reliability of the Bible, in particular its Genesis history." Note "credible answers" not accurate answers or answers based on evidence or factual answers or answers based on peer-reviewed scientific papers, but "credible" answers for Young Earth Creationists. It's pseudoscience and has no credibility. http://creation.com/about-ushttp://creation.com/ab...

No, you are correct. It's a typical creationism / intelligent design tactic to interject itself just beyond the current limit of scientific discovery. "Life did not arise by physics and chemistry without intelligence. The intelligence needed to create life, even the simplest life, is far greater than that of humans;" This is the basic 'God of the gaps' argument or more commonly known as the fallacy 'argument from ignorance'.

Neil Degrasse Tyson put it best:

Does it mean, if you don’t understand something, and the community of physicists don’t understand it, that means God did it? Is that how you want to play this game? Because if it is, here’s a list of things in the past that the physicists at the time didn’t understand [and now we do understand] [...]. If that’s how you want to invoke your evidence for God, then God is an ever-receding pocket of scientific ignorance that’s getting smaller and smaller and smaller as time moves on - so just be ready for that to happen, if that’s how you want to come at the problem.

The approach you describe would seem to be in line with Sherlock Holme's stated approach. "Once you have eliminated the impossible, what remains, no matter how improbably is probably the truth". Abiogenesis can reasonably be ruled out, so we are left with one thing.. Deliberate design and manufacture. Who is this designer or manufacturer? The willful conscious actor that is necessary to explain the origin of matter. The more science advances, the more reasonable and rational Creation and so a Creator becomes. So we see that God and Creation is a unifying principle that acts to unify Quantum reality with Biological reality. As we continue to advance in scientific knowledge and understanding of the universe we will ultimately see all the sciences unify around the reality of Creation and the Creator.

I would go with something along the lines of:

"Abiogenesis Didn't Happen: One Scientific Illiterate's Struggle against Competence"
