Is it ungodly to become a male model?
I was considering becoming a male model as like a side job/hobby because I like clothes, but I realize its wrong to keep consuming clothes. However, I worry about imodesty. But I feel like God has blessed me with good looks. If this isn't ungodly, how can I glorify god throughmodeling? One idea I had was since our culture is also trying to create the newest thing why not buy the latest clothes for people who are in poverty in my local community or buy clothes for a family that I'm going on a missions trip to see. Serving the least of these.

There is no balancing act you can do with sin. It's either you are doing it or not. Just because you are giving to kids, doesn't mean you can be a prostitute for instance. I'm sure you know this, and only bring it up because modeling seems to be a grey area.
My question would be, does your modeling cause girls to stumble? If a woman wears scantily clad clothes to church, will it not stumble the boys? Of course it will.
We should never seek to do things that stumble our brothers and sisters. While you can do modeling for yourself (although I wouldn't know why) in racy clothes that you like in the privacy of your own home, keep it to yourself.
You wouldn't want your future wife looking at someone else doing your job would you if they are scantily clad?
All that being said, I know people who are in very sinful fields of service, doing gods work. I know musicians such as Thrice and Meeko, I know theatrical people, I know artists, and I know models. Each who are christian have found a way to glorify God by not making others stumble, encouraging the weak, and yes doing good acts as well.
A model doesn't have to show off his whole figure. He could of course have his figure shown in his portfolio, but state you only want to do modestly clothed adds or something. There is plenty of modeling out there that doesn't involve kissing other men or women and being sexual. You can be very modest in your modeling, acting, theater, music. We shouldn't put aside what God wants for us for what we want. I suggest you pray about this and not move forward until you hear from God on the subject. Seek him and all good things will be added to you. If you remember anything of this, remember that sentence. Memorize it.

Sounds like God has given you a talent. I say use it. Around here used clothes are a dime a dozen. The one time it really mattered that someone gave me clothes was after we had a house fire. The fire burned the edge of all my clothes in the closet. They always say the Red Cross is helping the family, blah, blah, blah, all they do is pay for a stinky hotel room for a night or two. Maybe you could help with clothes for people who had a house fire, just a thought.

That would depend largely on what kind of clothing you are modeling. If it is modest, there should be no sin involved.
