Why am I not being paid for these ads that keep getting posted with my Answers?....I didn't give permission for that to happen?

    Because this is a free site, supported and paid for by advertisers. Use an add blocker if you don't want to see the commercial messages.

    Actually you DID give permission. I'm sure if you read the full ToS agreement when you signed up for the site you'd find that was part of it.

    If you hadn't agreed to them you would not have access to answers.
