Q: Limited leave to remain expries in two and a half years UK born child who is 9 has the same?
The family are from india with a UK born child on the back it says no public funds when that child is 10 will he be able to apply for a british passport or will it depend on the status of the parents. They also have a 17 year old daughter india who will be 18 in december. Is it possible for her to come here as their dependent? Will the child be able to claim for child benefit at the age of 10?

A child can't claim benefits. Only the parent can.
