Since the number of F4 visas that are issued every year is limited, the processing time is generally long. It could take anywhere between 1 and 10 years to get your visa processed.

Does this mean that it only takes between 1 to 10 years for sibling to migrate to USA

If I own my home outright and no mortgage but I wish to put it on rent will the rent received 100% be mine if the annual rent does not exceed 12,500 for tax purposes. Also does this put me in a good position or is there other things I need to be aware of

If you have a student visa in the UK for 3 years of a degree course I know you can apply to extend either for further study or work. Do work permits apply for specific jobs after graduation what is the criteria for this  are their any opportunities after to be able to stay in the UK live and work. 

If I file this form tomorrow will it be counted from 2021 so is there a way in a table in the future the likelihood of how many years it would take to migrate to USA for my sister. Currently living in India 

Also if the sibling is married and has children can they come too

If you have leave to remain in the UK and you have a few more years as it’s you have to renew this every 2and half years. If I apply for indefinite leave in 10 years will I automatically be granted this if I have a child who is British citizen however child will be 20 an adult when I can apply for indefinite leave but myself and partner both are under immigration control meaning leave to remain at the moment we can live and work in the UK. If we are not automatically granted what are the requirement we must meet and if we do not meet these do we have to leave the UK

If parents have leave to remain in UK and they have 5 more years left for indefinite leave. Can the son come to the uk on a student visa who is over the age of 18 will the visa application be rejected if parents are settled in the UK and you are not from an EU country. 

If you have become a citizen of America and after 10 years you can invite your family to reside with you. What is the criteria for this is it immediate family members you can invite example brother sister their unmarried children to live in the USA indefinitely. 

Which countries can you travel to and do you require an additional visa

A student from India is applying for a student visa for the UK. the grandparents are in the UK and they paid for the full tuition fees in full waiting on CAS letter. However when you apply for the Visa will they want to see proof of how the tuition fees were paid in full as it wasn’t paid from India will this impact the visa application. As the receipt is a UK bank which it’s paid from. Also the person will be living with the grandparents in the uk if the visa was granted will this be allowed

Is te child entitled to a british passport at the age of 10 as she is a uk born child?

I have a Nissan micra 2001 X reg when I drive it it makes a noise from the passengers side a bit like when a train starts to stop. I took it to garage they checked the brakes but nothing is wrong. However when the noise is happening and I hit the brakes it gets louder. Then it will stop when I drive again it will start again. I want to keep the car but the mechanics cannot find out what it is

The family are from india with a UK born child on the back it says no public funds when that child is 10 will he be able to apply for a british passport or will it depend on the status of the parents. They also have a 17 year old daughter india who will be 18 in december. Is it possible for her to come here as their dependent? Will the child be able to claim for child benefit at the age of 10?
