Can a person come to uk on student visa if parents are settled in the UK.?

If parents have leave to remain in UK and they have 5 more years left for indefinite leave. Can the son come to the uk on a student visa who is over the age of 18 will the visa application be rejected if parents are settled in the UK and you are not from an EU country.

Update:

Would it affect the visa due to parents being settled in the uk as they may think They won’t return

You can apply for student visa, if you qualify - you have been accepted by a university in UK, and you prove you have sufficient funds for all school + living expenses. You must return to your country of citizenship immediately upon completion or termination of full-time studies. You will not remain in UK. No guarantees your visa application will be accepted - nobody can say whether authorities will approve your application. But if they suspect you will attempt to remain in UK, that's visa fraud, and you will be denied. Prove you are returning to your own country.

The student visa is compliant on you getting an accepted University place with international fees in place to pay, not on where your parents live

You have this wrong. There are no time limits on indefinite leave, the word indefinite means no end date. So their child can come on a student visa.

U.k.NO IT WONT AFFECT THE VISA.
